Lawman: Dan and Johnny are informed by government workers that a shipment of nitro glycerine is going to be coming through Laramie, and as a precaution they have to evacuate the whole town. Meanwhile, two hijackers take control of the shipment, and plan to use the explosives to rob the Laramie Bank. When Johnny stops the wagon to check on it, one of the crooks knocks him over the head, and takes him hostage. Now Dan has to figure out how to save Johnny, stop the crooks from leaving town with everyone's money, and keep from getting blown up in the process.
