Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Swansea to help Sarah and Caradog, who moved into their four-bedroom home shortly before their third child was born in 2008 and have been struggling for space ever since, with only one bathroom, a cramped kitchen and an office squeezed into the box room.
