Chopped: Ted Allen challenges four previous winners to compete in the first part of a five-part Chopped event. Madison Cowan ("Crunch Time"), Mackenzie Hilton ("Rattle & Roll"), Jessica Mogardo ("Jitters & Giant Eggs") and Paul "Poppy" Yeaple ("Keep On Cook'n On") are asked to create a three-course meal by using tomatillos, horned melon, wonton skins and Rocky Mountain oysters for the Appetizer round; dorade, baby beets, beef jerky and coffee liqueur for the Entrée round; and Yukon Gold potatoes, condensed milk, pomegranates and peanut butter taffy for the Dessert round. Judges are Chris Santos, Amanda Freitag and Marc Murphy.
