The Moomins: Barb visits a psychiatrist after failing to help Marilyn and Caryl lose weight. She tells the story, including all the plans she used to help them including an exercise bike, the "junk food only" diet, and a workout video. Caryl and Marilyn decide to make their own "mommy edition" exercise video showing ways how mommies stay in shape by doing household chores. In the end Barb finally admits she's not perfect, and that she failed at helping them lose weight, although Tom had lost five pounds due to going two weeks without coffee cake.
